If we do not accept your insurance, private pay options are available. We will provide you with a detailed invoice which may be submitted by you to your insurance company for Out of Network benefits.

NO SURPRISES ACT

The No Surprises Act of 2022 protects people covered under group and individual health plans from receiving surprise medical bills when they receive most emergency services, non-emergency services from out-of-network providers at in-network facilities, and services from out-of-network air ambulance service providers.

If you have private health insurance, these new protections ban the most common types of surprise bills. If you’re uninsured or you decide not to use your health insurance for a service, under these protections, you can often get a good faith estimate of the cost of your care upfront, before your visit. If you disagree with your bill, you may be able to dispute the charges. If you are paying privately for services you will receive a Good Faith Estimate from us when you become a patient at our practice.   • $2,000.00 - Includes the following: diagnostic interview; test administration, scoring, interpretation; report generation; and feedback session

  • $300.00 - Includes limited report of history, concerns, and recommendations.

  • $450.00

  • $450.00 - Your provider may reduce this fee if only selected areas of academic assessment are necessary and will discuss this with you at your diagnostic interview.

  • Psychologist: $200/hour

    LPC: $150/hour

  • $600.00

  • $800.00

  • $800.00 - Includes the following: diagnostic interview; ADOS-2 administration; rating scales (if necessary); report generation; feedback session.

  • $800.00 - Includes the following: diagnostic interview; limited neuropsychological/psychological testing and rating forms; report generation; feedback session.

  • $2,000.00 - Includes the following: diagnostic interview; input gathered from educational team; test administration, scoring, interpretation; and feedback session

  • $400.00 per hour - Includes all time spent reviewing records for IEE, including responding to correspondence
