All fields must be completed, including insurance information.
We are in-network providers for Blue Cross/Blue Shield, UPMC HealthPlan. We are NOT in-network with UnitedHealthcare, Aetna, Cigna, WPEE, or Tricare.
We must be in-network with BOTH your primary insurance AND secondary insurance in order to bill Medical Assistance.
Important Note: We review new requests for therapy on Thursdays of each week. Please expect to receive an email response within a week, at which time a therapist will offer an appointment time or a waitlist spot.
To avoid our emails going to your spam folder, it can be helpful to add our therapy intake address (therapy@cpnpgh.com) to your contacts.
